Delete your Memura account

Puoi eliminare account e dati in qualsiasi momento, dall'app o senza averla installata. I tuoi ricordi non stanno sui nostri server: sono sul tuo dispositivo e, cifrati, nel tuo cloud personale.

You can delete your account and data at any time, from the app or without having it installed. Your memories are not on our servers: they live on your device and, encrypted, in your personal cloud.

È il modo più rapido: elimina tutto in un solo passaggio.

The quickest way: everything is deleted in one go.

  1. Apri Memura e vai su Profilo.
  2. Tocca Elimina account.
  3. Conferma con Face ID, impronta o PIN.
  1. Open Memura and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm with Face ID, fingerprint or PIN.

Vengono eliminati tutti i ricordi, le persone e i luoghi collegati, l'indice di ricerca e il backup cifrato nel tuo cloud. L'accesso con Google viene revocato; per "Accedi con Apple" l'app ti indica l'ultimo passaggio da fare nelle Impostazioni di iOS. L'operazione non si può annullare.

All your memories, the people and places linked to them, the search index and the encrypted backup in your cloud are deleted. Google access is revoked; for "Sign in with Apple" the app shows you the last step to take in iOS Settings. This cannot be undone.

Without the app

Se hai già disinstallato Memura, i dati sul telefono sono stati rimossi insieme all'app. Resta il backup cifrato nel tuo cloud: puoi cancellarlo tu in pochi passaggi, oppure scriverci.

If you have already uninstalled Memura, the data on your phone was removed with the app. What remains is the encrypted backup in your cloud: you can delete it yourself in a few steps, or write to us.

Se accedevi con Google

If you signed in with Google

  1. Apri Google Drive dal browser, poi Impostazioni → Gestisci app.
  2. Accanto a Memura scegli Opzioni → Elimina dati nascosti dell'app.
  3. Dal tuo Account Google apri le app di terze parti con accesso all'account, scegli Memura e rimuovi l'accesso.
  1. Open Google Drive in a browser, then Settings → Manage apps.
  2. Next to Memura choose Options → Delete hidden app data.
  3. In your Google Account open the third-party apps with account access, choose Memura and remove its access.

Se accedevi con Apple

If you signed in with Apple

  1. Su iPhone apri Impostazioni → [Tuo Nome] → iCloud → Gestisci l'archivio dell'account → Memura ed elimina i dati.
  2. Poi Impostazioni → [Tuo Nome] → Accesso e sicurezza → App che usano Apple ID → Memura → Smetti di usare Apple ID.
  1. On iPhone open Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Memura and delete the data.
  2. Then Settings → [Your Name] → Sign-In & Security → Apps Using Apple ID → Memura → Stop Using Apple ID.

Scrivi a legal@memuraapp.it dall'indirizzo dell'account con cui accedevi a Memura, indicando se usavi Google o Apple. Ti rispondiamo entro 30 giorni ed eliminiamo i dati tecnici rimasti sui nostri sistemi.

Write to legal@memuraapp.it from the address of the account you used with Memura, telling us whether you signed in with Google or Apple. We reply within 30 days and delete the technical data left on our systems.

Il backup nel tuo cloud non possiamo cancellarlo noi: non abbiamo accesso al tuo Drive né al tuo iCloud. Per questo i passaggi per Google e per Apple li fai tu.

We cannot delete the backup in your cloud for you: we have no access to your Drive or your iCloud. That is why the Google and Apple steps are yours to take.

I dati sui nostri sistemi

Data on our systems

Non conserviamo i tuoi ricordi: per elaborarli il testo passa dal nostro server verso Google Gemini e non viene salvato. Teniamo solo dati tecnici legati a un identificativo dell'account, senza contenuti: la data del primo accesso e i registri di utilizzo che servono a far funzionare il servizio e a prevenire abusi. I registri si cancellano da soli dopo circa tre mesi; il resto lo eliminiamo su richiesta.

We do not store your memories: to process them the text passes through our server to Google Gemini and is not saved. We only keep technical data tied to an account identifier, with no content: the date of first access and the usage logs needed to run the service and prevent abuse. Logs expire on their own after about three months; the rest is deleted on request.

Ciò che hai portato tu fuori da Memura, ad esempio gli eventi aggiunti al calendario del telefono, resta dov'è.

Anything you took outside Memura yourself, such as events added to your phone's calendar, stays where it is.
